The trades facilitator presentation at our Chamber BA after 5 was well supported, engaging and continues to consolidate the need for a well researched and adaptable solution.

I did talk a little longer than I had intended to but the vastness of the problems requires considerable explanation. It is not a simple one solution fits all scenario rather a detailed one requiring multiple inputs with one conversation and potential solution leading into the next issue.
 
I have been offered a lot of individual opinions from people from different walks of life since starting this role, some have been printable and others are best left were they are, but by far the majority have been reailtic and genuine.
Our issue is trying to combine them all into an evolving operational solution that will assist all the various groups. The issues range from social to industrial with considerable diversity in between. Given the scope that needs to be addressed I am continually reminded of the successful solutions other areas have adopted, they are in part the key to our present dilemma.
